Double service wine cellar temperature zone ECS51. 2Z
The ECS51. 2Z service wine cellar is dual-zone and allows you to warm up 49 bottles* distributed according to your needs in one of the cellar's compartments. Its two zones offer you the possibility to adjust the temperature of both independently between 5 and 20°C and thus to store red wine at 18°C and white wine at 12°C in the same cellar!
• The upper area accommodates 28 bottles on its 3 semi-sliding wooden bins (beech)
• 21 bottles can be stored in the lower part of the wine cellar, distributed directly in the bottom of the wine cellar and on the semi-sliding tray
The ECS51. 2Z is equipped with connectivity that allows you to control it remotely via the Vinotag app. With this application, you can:
• Adjust the temperature of each zone from your smartphone
• Manage the lighting of your cellar remotely
You can set the desired temperatures between 5 and 20°C* in each zone and store :
- Upper zone (white & rosé wines): 28 bottles
- Lower zone (red wines): 21 bottles
*Note: The temperature set in the upper compartment must always be colder than that in the lower compartment. IMPORTANT: to optimise the operation of the appliance, it is important to set the temperatures with a maximum difference of 10°C between the upper and lower compartments (8 and 18°C for example). This same rule should be applied when you use the remote temperature control via the Vinotag application.

What other wine cellar double-zone service La Sommelière?
This service wine cellar allows the storage of 49 bottles. The double zone range The Sommelière has other models, of the same design, but with different storage capacities, namely:
• dual zone ECS31. 2Z for 29 cylinders;
• the reference ECS81. 2Z for 75 bottles.
*The announced capacity is measured according to the EN62552 standard. This standard is calculated with traditional Bordeaux-type 75cl bottles (28.8 cm in height and 8.2 cm in diameter). Any other bottle format, as well as the addition of shelves, will significantly reduce storage capacity. The maximum capacity is calculated with a defined number of shelves, which varies according to the models.
Your wine cellar does not have compatible accessories. However, do you want to replace a damaged tile or add an additional tile*? Discover the spare parts available on the Interfroid Services website.
*Addition of tiles is not possible on all models, check the possibility before any purchase.
